The Chicago Bears’ offseason training activities (OTAs) are in full swing and Head Coach, Ben Johnson, was tasked with speaking to the media at Halas Hall today to address some off the lingering storylines with his team.
The Connecticut Sun announced Thursday that they’ve waived Hailey Van Lith. The second-year guard averaged 8.1 points and 2.2 assists per contest in nine games with the Sun.

The Kentucky Wildcats recently renewed their rivalry with the Indiana Hoosiers. From 1969 to 2011, the two teams met on a yearly basis, and it was one of the nation’s best matchups. After the 2011 season, however, a disagreement on where future games would be played ended the yearly game, and a great rivalry died.
Last season, the first of four agreed upon matchups took place, with Kentucky winning 72-60. They lead the all-time series 32-25, and will try to extend that lead with this year’s game, which has now had a schedule change.

Boston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas could soon begin a key part of his rehab.
Casas is dealing with a left abdominal strain, which has him on the 60-day injured list. The first baseman has been hampered by injuries in his career, as he appeared in just 29 games in 2025 and 63 games in 2024.
However, on Wednesday, Red Sox interim manager Chad Tracy gave a positive injury update on Casas and revealed he could start swinging soon.
