Arsenal have maintained a long-standing interest in Michael Olise, dating back to his time at Crystal Palace, and they remain attentive as he now excels at Bayern Munich. BALTIMORE (AP) — Trevor Rogers pitched seven shutout innings and Colton Cowser and Blaze Alexander had seventh-inning RBIs to give the Baltimore Orioles a 2-1 win over the Minnesota Twins on opening day Thursday.
Following a stellar 2025 season in which he went 9-3 with a 1.81 ERA, Rogers picked up where he left off in front of a sellout crowd at Camden Yards for the earliest opener in franchise history. The lefty allowed three hits, walked four and was especially effective when stuck in a jam.

Drafted late in the first round, Riley spent time going back and forth between the Wizards roster and the Capital City Go-Go, Washington’s G-League affiliate team.

Thomas Tuchel says that Ben White will “clear the air” with senior England players over his return, with the manager also expressing hope that fans will give him a fair chance.
The 28-year-old right-back was recalled to the international squad earlier this week, for the first time since leaving the 2022 World Cup squad in circumstances that continue to cause intrigue, amid murmurs of tension with staff.
Tuchel added that everyone deserves “a second chance” and that White has been brilliant with him, as the manager was asked whether the Arsenal defender needs to explain what happened.

Thomas Tuchel says the pressure is on Cole Palmer to prove himself as part of this new-look England squad, given that he has not been able to properly use him yet, but is confident the Chelsea playmaker can return to form.
The 23-year-old has had an erratic season due to a groin injury and Tuchel believes that has visibly affected his movement.
The manager believes that is starting to change, however, and he hopes Palmer can illustrate his quality in a Tuchel team.
