Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has taken a step back from the idea that he is on the verge of penning a new deal with the club. The German manager is currently under contract until 2027, but recently elected President Joan Laporta has promised that he will sign an extension.
On Tuesday morning, Laporta assured that he expected Flick to extend his deal until 2028 imminently, and has run his campaign claiming that his election was vital to ensuring that Flick remains at the club.

MotoGP regulations have largely remained stable in recent years. The current 1000cc engines were introduced in 2012, Michelin has been the official tyre supplier since 2016 and the core chassis/aero ruleset has changed little since then, aside from the ban on front ride-height devices in 2023.
However, all three areas will be completely overhauled as part of MotoGP’s big rules reset for 2027.

But in the latest ESPN mock from Mel Kiper Jr., he’s got Simpson to the Jets at No. 16.

It is going to be “really difficult” for Liverpool boss Arne Slot to get fans back on side, says former defender Jamie Carragher.
After losing their lead to draw late on with relegation-threatened Tottenham on Sunday, audible boos could be heard around Anfield.
Despite winning the Premier League less than 12 months ago, the Reds’ style of play and a string of disappointing results have led to discontent among the fanbase.
“The bigger point is how worrying [the form] is for the manager,” Carragher said on Sky Sports Monday Night Football.
