Everything about Gujarat Titans’ season has revolved around the opening pair of Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan, and now former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan has joined the growing list of admirers of the duo.
The pair once again showcased their brilliance in Qualifier 2 against Rajasthan Royals, stitching together a match-winning 167-run opening stand while chasing a daunting target of 215. Gill led the charge with a sublime 104 off 53 balls, while Sudharsan provided explosive support with 58 off just 32 deliveries.

UCLA’s bats went cold in the Women’s College World Series opener against No. 1 seed Alabama on Thursday, (at least for the Bruins’ standard, who lead the NCAA with an average of more than 10 runs per game).
But on Friday, in an elimination game against Arkansas, UCLA’s offensive dominance was back on display in Oklahoma City. Four different Bruins hit a home run to power UCLA’s 11-0 run-rule victory over Arkansas and keep the Bruins’ season alive.

For the fifth time, the UFC octagon traveled to Macau, China on Saturday for UFC Fight Night 277 at Galaxy Arena. The event was headlined by a bantamweight bout between No. 5 ranked Song Yadong and No. 7 ranked former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo.
Song entered the bout coming off a loss to former titleholder Sean O’Malley in January and was looking to get back in the win column. Figueiredo had lost three of his last four fights. In jeopardy of losing his footing in the top of the division, the Brazilian was in critical need of a victory.

Following the UFC Fight Night 277: Song vs. Figueiredo fights at Galaxy Arena, the winners will answer questions from the media during the post-fight press conference.
The event was headlined by a bantamweight bout between No. 5 ranked Song Yadong and No. 7 ranked former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo. Song defeated the Brazilian via submission in the second round.

The first day of baseball at the 2026 NCAA tournament has yet to officially conclude, as three games were pushed to Saturday due to rain.
Still, there was enough baseball played to draw some early conclusions.

Sergei Pavlovich made a statement in more ways than one at UFC Macau.
The Russian slugger needed just 39 seconds to put serious hands on Tallison Teixeira and earn a knockout stoppage 39 seconds into the opening round of their heavyweight contest.

Sergei Pavlovich may have put himself back in the title mix earlier this morning (Sat., May 30, 2026) at UFC Macau LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Galaxy Arena in Macau, China, after the heavyweight contender steamrolled towering opponent, Tallison Teixeira, with a nasty 39-second knockout (punches).
Pavlovich entered Saturday’s early-morning clash as a heavy betting favorite and for good measure. The heavyweight knockout artist was coming off back-to-back wins and eager to prove he deserves another shot at UFC gold.

If you ask Indianapolis Colts’ offensive line coach Tony Sparano, landing Jalen Farmer in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL draft was a home run selection. Early in the pre-draft process, Farmer quickly became a prospect that Sparano wanted in his offensive line room.
A two-year starter at Kentucky, all of Farmer’s snaps came at right guard during that span of games. There, he was stout in pass protection, surrendering only 14 pressures and three sacks over 457 pass-blocking snaps in 2025. He also graded out fairly well in the run game by PFF’s metrics.
