One week ago, Morant appeared to display a gun during an Instagram live video and is currently suspended from team activities pending the NBA’s investigation. Morant’s recent incident comes after he served an eight-game suspension in March when an Instagram Live video showed Morant flashing a gun inside a Colorado nightclub.

Donovan Mitchell has never been afraid to publicize his love of the Mets, as the New York native has been rooting for them since he was a kid. In fact, Mitchell’s father is famously the Mets’ Senior Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which gives Mitchell a little extra interest in the team.

Earlier this month, the 22-year-old cornerback revealed he had no idea who Alba was. Gardner sat court side with New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers during a playoff game between the New York Knicks and Miami Heat.
He was blissfully unaware one of the hottest and most popular actresses of our generation was sitting nearby.
And Rodgers would not let him hear the end of it.

Following last night’s Miami win over Boston in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals, Barkley and TNT’s Inside the NBA crew turned their attention to the Western Conference finals. Denver leads Los Angeles 2-0, but Barkley’s of the opinion that the end result is a foregone conclusion.
He’s got Denver besting LA, which will allow him to do some golfing in the Mile High City.

The WNBA wasn’t the same without Mercury center Brittney Griner.
In 2022, Griner’s detention and incarceration in Russia on charges of smuggling hash oil made headlines around the world. The U.S. government’s lengthy attempt to free her ultimately ended in success, with Russia releasing Griner in a prisoner exchange on Dec. 8.
During her nearly 10-month detention, the women’s basketball community repeatedly demonstrated support for her release. On Friday, it was out in full force for Griner’s first game back with Phoenix in Los Angeles.

Voters in Tempe, Ariz. rejected a proposal to build a $2.1 billion entertainment district on Tuesday, which would have included a new arena for the Coyotes.

Rory McIlroy has had an up and down PGA Championship thus far, but he clearly was unpleased with this tee shot.
Rory McIlroy entered the 2023 PGA Championship looking for his third Wanamaker Trophy. He previously won this tournament back in 2012 at Kiawah Island and 2014 in Valhalla Golf Club.
His PGA Championship did not get off to the best start for McIlroy, but he has mostly turned it around. The 4-time major winner was playing well enough entering the par-4 14th Friday that he decided to get really aggressive.
