The Buccaneers have parted ways with offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich, according to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. The report was confirmed by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. 
The move comes in the wake of Tampa Bay’s 8–9 regular-season record and the team’s wild-card loss to the Cowboys. As many as five offensive assistants are expected to be let go, per Stroud. 
Leftwich, 43, had served in the role since the 2019 season.

The Buccaneers, eliminated from the playoffs in the wildcard round on Monday night in a loss to the Dallas Cowboys, are expected to make massive changes to their coaching staff.
It is expected that most of the offensive coaching staff is being fired.
