Exciting news for Man Utd as INEOS place teenage ‘diamond’ on top of summer shortlist

Manchester United are hellbent on signing Sunderland teenager Chris Rigg this summer following his exploits in the Championship.
Alongside fellow youngster Jobe Bellingham, the 17-year-old has been leading the Black Cats’ promotion push. Despite his tender age, the central midfielder has already cemented himself as a pillar in the middle of the park, producing four goals and one assist in his 34 appearances in the Championship.

BLOOMINGTON — Indiana basketball coach Darian DeVries spent countless hours on the phone over the last week laying the foundation for what his staff and roster will look for the 2025-26 season.
In a sit down interview Wednesday, DeVries confirmed that his staff will be similar in size to the one he had at West Virginia last year that included a five assistants including an associate head coach and multiple staffers. He anticipates everything will “come together pretty quickly,” but IU will likely hold off on any official announcements until the staff is completed.

It’s not unusual for Minor League Baseball teams to adopt alternate “identities” during some games throughout the season — just for fun and as a gimmick to sell a bunch of merchandise. So on Friday, the Baltimore Orioles’ Double-A affiliate introduced theirs for the 2025 season: the Oyster Catchers.
The new logo features a baseball glove holding an oyster with a tiny baseball as the “pearl” inside.

Masters week will be upon us in less than two weeks, and balls will be in the air in the opening round of the first major of the year in just 15 days. At this point, anyone lucky enough to have won tickets in the yearly lottery or snag a ticket elsewhere has made travel arrangements and is just counting down the hours until their feet will be on the grass inside the gates of Augusta National.
