Ripley and Lynch put on a classic match for the Philadelphia fans. It started with Lynch narrating excerpts from her book, “The Man: Not Your Average Girl,” before she entered the ring. 
Motionless in White, the band known for Ripley’s theme song, performed “Demon in Your Dreams” live.
Then, it was time to get to work.

They have no contracts, so they can leave a program virtually on a moment’s notice for no particular reason and be eligible immediately for the next season. They can make hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions in addition to free scholarships, room and board and medical care.

Did you watch the women’s college basketball Final Four matchup between UConn and Iowa? Well, you were far from the only one.
Caitlin Clark and the No. 1-seeded Hawkeyes took down Paige Bueckers and the  No. 3-seeded Huskies 71-69 to earn a berth in the national title game. It was certainly the most anticipated women’s college basketball game in recent memory, if not all time.
Much of that anticipation centered around Clark’s marketability for the women’s game, and with good reason.
