If you worked your entire life trying to win a Stanley Cup, you wouldn’t want to waste any time celebrating with it, and the Florida Panthers certainly didn’t waste a second.
I don’t know if the fellas got any shut-eye — it’s probably safe to assume that they didn’t — but Panthers star Matthew Tkachuk had the most famous trophy in sports out on the town in Ft. Lauderdale early Tuesday morning.
Tkachuk — along with his old man Keith Tkachuk (who never won a Cup in his playing days, but damn, he sure deserved one) — hit the Elbo Room in Ft.
On Monday, Stephen A. Smith went on a bizarre rant on ESPN’s “First Take” and said “white folks” can’t comment on his J.J. Redick reporting. OutKick’s Dan Dakich took extreme offense to Smith’s racially-charged commentary and didn’t hold back.

The latest game did even better.
The game averaged 2.3 million viewers Sunday on ESPN, which means it just barely edged out the previous historic viewership a week earlier.

Bluder was there to support Clark, who was awarded the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year award for the second straight year. She became the fourth woman to win the award twice, a list that includes Maya Moore.
Clark has talked openly in the past about her admiration for Moore, including meeting her after a game.
