The New York Giants head into their Week 11 bye at 2-8, last in the NFC East. They have some soul-searching to do, and it seems likely the first move is to bench starting quarterback Daniel Jones.
Take a look at this post from Adam Schefter, who I believe is hinting that he knows more than he is saying:
As we know, Schefter has sources across the NFL and, generally, they have a reason to give him certain information. In this case, it seems the team wants people to know they have a plan when it comes to the quarterback position.

Mina Kimes thinks that the NFL is in pretty good shape right now, but Scott Van Pelt would disagree.
Earlier today, Kimes responded to a tweet from a fan who said that the NFL as a whole was in a state of emergency because so many teams are bad. Kimes provided a counterpoint, saying that there have been more one-score games at the midway point of this season than any prior year.
While that was a good point, Van Pelt argued against her stance rather effectively.

The sun is always getting in the way for the Dallas Cowboys.
The Dallas Cowboys dropped to 3-6 on Sunday thanks to a 34-6 blowout loss at home to their NFC East rivals the Philadelphia Eagles. The team’s slim playoff hopes are on life support, as the Cowboys look up at both the Eagles and the Washington Commanders in the division, and starting quarterback Dak Prescott is seeking guidance on how to deal with a partially torn hamstring that may require season-ending surgery.
As one might expect, the fallout from Sunday’s loss has been loud and has taken many forms.

Micah Parsons had some interesting things to say about Mike McCarthy on Sunday. And his comments certainly rubbed Rex Ryan the wrong way.
Following Dallas’ 34-6 blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles and as the Cowboys’ season continues to spiral, Parsons said he’s not too concerned about the fate of his head coach.
“Mike [McCarthy] can leave and go wherever he wants,” the All-Pro pass rusher said. “Guys I kind of feel bad for [are] guys like Zack Martin and guys who might be on their last year or on their way out.

Former NFL coach Jack Del Rio’s time at Wisconsin is over after being arrested.
The former Raiders head coach and Commanders DC was arrested on an OWI charge after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a street sign and fence in Madison early Friday morning, according to ESPN.
Del Rio was allegedly walking away from the scene at the time police made contact with him shortly after midnight on Friday.
Following his arrest, Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell announced that Del Rio’s time as a staffer with the Badgers is over.
