Asks a perfectly legitimate question from something he just observed covering an assignment, which is something real journalists do almost every day. But apparently not so much among much of the media fraternities and sororities that cover women’s college basketball with kid gloves, like it’s a junior high tournament. … And all Hell broke loose.

John Calipari’s departure from Kentucky left a lot of fans with a sour taste in their mouths. But Kendra Randle — wife of NBA All-Star Julius Randle — has nothing but love for the longtime Wildcats basketball coach.
Kendra shared on Twitter / X Sunday night that Calipari once helped save her grandmother’s life.
“4 years ago my grandmother was very sick in a small hospital in eastern KY,” she recalled.

Scottie Scheffler is the odds-on favorite to win the 2024 Masters, and rightfully so. Scheffler has had an unbelievable start to his campaign and is by far and away the best player on the planet at the moment. While it would be a massive surprise not to see his name at or near the top of the leaderboard come Sunday, this is major championship golf, unexpected things happen.
With only 89 players in the field at Augusta National this week, it’s not the easiest of tasks to pick out names a bit further down the board, even with Scheffler having historically low odds.

Heading into Monday night’s title game, is America not giving enough credit to college basketball’s second-best team?
The narrative has been everywhere for the last couple of weeks: UConn is a juggernaut, a monster, an unstoppable force. Some of us have even written that the Huskies becoming college basketball’s first back-to-back national champion since Florida in 2006-07 feels inevitable.
