The world tour was a complete failure in many ways.
The most recognizable team in Major League Soccer concluded its preseason trip around the world, which saw the team fly over 23,000 miles and took them from Miami to El Salvador, Dallas, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
The tour was set up by Inter Miami in an effort take advantage of the legendary soccer players that they have on the team, specifically Lionel Messi.

ESPN and the College Football Playoff have agreed to an extension that makes the network the home of the new 12-team tournament, The Athletic reports. The deal, which will be added after the final two years of the previous deal, is reportedly for six years and $7.8 billion and will run through the 2031–32 season.
The creation of the 12-team playoff means that there will be 11 total games throughout the playoffs, which includes the quarterfinals to be played on New Year’s Day.

The College Football Playoffs are staying on the ESPN family of networks after reportedly reaching a deal worth $1.6 Billion per year, according to a report. 
The Athletic is reporting that the two sides have come to an agreement on extending the current contract for six more seasons, with a total value of $7.8 billion. Next year, the playoffs will shift to a twelve-team format, which gives the network a bevy of options when it comes to advertising.

According to former NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall there was some drama in the Allegiant Stadium stands during Super Bowl LVIII when Taylor Swift had Kanye Swift kicked out.
You may recall that there’s something of a rivalry between Swift and Kanye that dates all the way back to when he ran onstage at an award show and interrupted her acceptance speech. Warriors teammate Klay Thompson recently shared his thoughts on which sharpshooter will come out on top.
“I’ve got the Bay Area’s finest—Sabrina all day,” Thompson said in a video posted to social media Tuesday.
“Better than Steph?” the social media administrator asked.
“Oh yeah, all day,” Thompson replied.

Even though the league’s contract shifted from Majestic to Nike for the 2020 season, the materials and fabrication of the official on-field MLB jersey stayed the same.
