It hasn’t been a good MLB postseason for Bob Costas.
The 72-year-old broadcast legend has been getting absolutely ripped across social media for his playcalling during the ALDS between the Royals and the Yankees.
It was bad, real bad, as I’ve covered on my social media and here on OutKick.
But NOTHING could have prepared us for what Costas did last night during a pivotal and important 9th inning.

Danny Green redefined what an NBA role player was supposed to be.
Danny Green got a crash course in what it meant to be a role player from the moment he enrolled at North Carolina. Never one to shy away from his opinions, Jake Paul had some dark predictions should Donald Trump not win in next month’s Presidential election.
“America will fall, the borders will open, tens of millions of illegal criminals and people from other countries will pour in. And I think freedom of speech will probably be taken away,” Paul told The Hollywood Reporter in a recent sit-down interview.
It looked terrible on television over the weekend when Josh Allen’s head bounced off the turf at NRG Stadium in Houston and he was soon surrounded by Buffalo Bills medical staff attending to various issues to his chest and ankle.
Allen was eventually also evaluated for a concussion and the Bills said he was cleared.
But the idea that Allen could have his chest and ankle examined and then undergo a concussion evaluation and get back in the game after only six minutes and six seconds of actual time seemingly stretches belief.

So, yes. These weekly rankings are a day late. Sorry. My bad! I’ll do better next time. Noted.
I’ll get right down to it – Kamala Harris has been making the rounds this week on a couple insufferable shows/podcasts, and she also took a shot at my Governor. So, I’m pretty annoyed by her right now.
San Jose State’s trans volleyball player, Blaire Fleming, took the court on Thursday night to face the San Diego State women’s volleyball team. The Spartans suffered their second loss of the year, but Fleming received attention after committing a hard spike that knocked down an SDSU player.
