The Oakland A’s are closing things out at Oakland Coliseum before they move to Las Vegas with a multi-year stint in Sacramento in between.
As such, they’re breaking out all the stops to bid the Bay Area farewell, and that includes the final singing of the National Anthem, which was performed by none other than former A’s ace Barry Zito.
Man, what a set of pipes on that Barry Zito, huh?
I remember hearing at some point that in addition to that Cy Young-winning left arm of his, Zito’s quite the musician and it shows.
