Pro-Hamas protesters are making all kinds of goofy demands — like saying they demand to be given food and water because they’re on the campus meal plan, nevermind that they unlawfully took over a building — and now they want the Israeli athletes to be banned from the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris.
According to the Associated Press, some 300 protesters gathered outside of the Paris Organizing Committee in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis to demand that they “limit” Israel’s participation in the Games.

University of Connecticut starting quarterback Ta’Quan Roberson announced his entrance in to the transfer portal on Wednesday, the final day that football players could do so for 2024 spring transfer window.
In 2022, Roberson suffered a season-ending leg injury in the first game of the season. He bounced back healthy in 2023, playing 11 games for the Huskies and completing 197 passes on 338 attempts for 2075 yards. He threw 12 touchdowns with six interceptions while rushing for two touchdowns and catching one.

The New England Patriots signed quarterback Jacoby Brissett to a one-year contract this offseason, and went on to select UNC quarterback Drake Maye with No. 3 pick in the 2024 NFL draft.
These two quarterback decisions set up a competition for the starting role in 2024. The previous starter, Mac Jones, was sent to the Jacksonville Jaguars back in March.
Most quarterbacks would likely feel nervous about the intense quarterback battle, especially against a top draft pick, but Brissett is more excited about the aspect of competition than anything.

The Hollywood duo bought Wrexham bought Wrexham in Nov. 2020 for $2.5 million. The Welsh club has gained popularity all over the world thanks to the Welcome to Wrexham docuseries on FX. Wrexham recently achieved a second successive promotion moving up to EFL League One, the third tier of the English system.
