Schauffele dominated at the Open Championship to earn his second major title, but t television ratings were abysmal.
Xander Schauffele won his second major championship at the Open Championship last Sunday. Royal Troon challenged the golfers with its wild conditions, but it seems the fans were not interested.
However, the television ratings for that final round were reportedly the worst in almost a decade. NBC and Peacock drew in 3.39 million viewers to watch Schauffele win by two shots, per Josh Carpenter of Sports Business Journal.

The Winter Olympics are officially headed back to Salt Lake City in 2034, but the International Olympic Committee seemed to stick a bit of a condition on the deal.

Much of the focus has been on the set of team orders given to Norris late in the race after he took the lead when the team called him into the pits ahead of Piastri, who was leading the race.

The league officially announced the rookie sensation’s participation on Wednesday morning on X, adding another name to the growing list of basketball stars committed to staying in the US during the WNBA offseason.

Harbaugh and Day have long had an icy relationship stemming from the former’s time at Michigan.
