It’s part of a five-year partnership between water polo and Flav, which will see the legendary hype man make financial contributions to the U.S. women’s team.

Rory McIlroy set the new world record for the fastest exit from a major championship following his collapse at Pinehurst No. 2 last month. He not only ducked the media after his runner-up finish but didn’t stick around to shake Bryson DeChambeau’s hand after he claimed the second U.S. Open title of his career.
McIlroy has been highly criticized, with much of it warranted, for the way he handled himself in the minutes after his U.S. Open fate was sealed, but DeChambeau has made it clear that he holds no sort of ill will towards the four-time major winner.

Jaylen was so fast to try and make sure LeBron wasn’t mad at him.
Jaylen Brown is having himself a month. After insinuating that he was left off the Team USA roster because of his criticism of Nike, the Celtics star decided to watch a little Summer League action in Vegas when he was filmed court side with WNBA players Angel Reese and Kysre Gondrezick.

Åberg grew up watching Henrik Stenson win The Open, so this fourth major means a lot to him, causing him to push harder.
Ludvig Åberg makes his Open Championship debut this week, and it will be a special one for him.
The 152nd Open is at Royal Troon for the first time since 2016, when fellow Swede Henrik Stenson won. He defeated Phil Mickelson that year, and it was one championship that Åberg often refers to.
“I’ve said that a few times before, that day should be a national holiday in Sweden,” Åberg said Monday before The Open.

VCARB drivers Yuki Tsunoda and Daniel Ricciardo are aiming for points in Hungary
The fight at the front of the Formula 1 field may likely dominate the headlines in the coming weeks. But an equally intriguing fight is shaping up for sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship standings between Visa Cash App RB F1 Team and Haas.
VCARB enjoyed a solid lead in that fight just a few weeks ago, holding a 28-7 advantage over Haas following the Spanish Grand Prix.

Colin Montgomerie is of the opinion that Tiger Woods should have retired from professional golf during the 2022 Open at St. Andrews. The Scot first floated the idea shortly after the conclusion of that year’s Open, only to reaffirm his stance ahead of this week’s Open at Royal Troon, signaling that he is willing to die on that hill.
Well, figuratively speaking, he is now a dead man.
In 2022, Montgomerie called it a “golden opportunity” for Woods to say goodbye to the game at St. Andrews.
