AS Monaco’s Aleksandr Golovin (28) may miss the rest of the season with an injury, Adi Hütter has revealed in a press conference attended by Get French Football News.
Golovin has struggled with injuries since arriving at the Principality club back in 2018. However, those injuries had abated in recent seasons. Having missed several matches with an adductor injury this season, those injury issues have now returned.
The New York Jets needed weapons for Justin Fields, and the first one to walk through the doors was second-round pick Mason Taylor.
The LSU tight end will come to the Big Apple and will look to establish himself as a key component of Tanner Engstrand’s offense.
With Tyler Conklin, who was a solid and consistent contributor in his time with the Jets, now out, a spot has opened up for Taylor to take the starting role from Day 1.
And for John Butchko, when talking on the Locked On Jets podcast, that says more about the state of the Jets’ tight end room than it does Taylor.
The Bengals exercised their fifth-year option on cornerback Dax Hill’s contract on Wednesday in a move that was a strong sign of their belief in Hill’s talent and a show of confidence in his ability to return from a torn ACL.
Hill was playing well before being injured in Week Five last season, but exercising the option guarantees him $12.682 million for the 2026 season and that requires a leap of faith that Hill will make it all the way back.

The New York Rangersfired head coach Peter Laviolette after a disappointing 39-36-7 season, one year removed from winning the Presidents’ Trophy.
Rangers general manager Chris Drury has already gone through three coaches since taking over in 2021.
Although open to hiring a first-time NHL coach, Drury is believed to prefer a proven winner following his contract extension with the franchise.
In that scenario, the Rangers are widely expected to target former Pittsburgh Penguins head coach and two-time Stanley Cup champion Mike Sullivan as their next head coach.
A baseball fan has been left fighting for their life after plummeting 20 feet from the bleachers at the Pittsburgh Pirates’ stadium.
Disturbing video footage circulating online shows the moment the man fell over the railing at the Clemente Wall inside PNC Park during the bottom of the seventh inning at about 8.50 p.m. at Wednesday night’s game between the Pirates and the Chicago Cubs.
Another fan jumped onto the field in an attempt to help and emergency medical personnel from both teams rushed to the scene as the man was left motionless in the right field warning track.
In his press conference during draft weekend, Kansas City Chiefs Western Regional Scout Greg Castillo shared his thoughts on fourth-round draft pick Jalen Royals being a coachable wide receiver in the NFL.
“Well, even when I go out there to practice, just looking at the position coach eye to eye. Implementing the instructions given during that practice exposure,” said Castillo, “That’s kind of – whenever we go to these practice exposures, we look for that stuff. We look for how you’re implementing this stuff, how you’re implementing the advice that the coaches are giving you.
