The 2025 NFL Draft is 24 days away. As April 24 gets closer and closer, Brian Gutekunst is probably getting the itch to get his hands on more picks.
The best way for Gutekunst to get his hands on an extra pick or two is by finding a team that would be willing to take on Jaire Alexander. Maybe the Buffalo Bills would be willing to trade a late Day 3 pick to get the former All-Pro cornerback.
It seems unlikely that the Green Bay Packers will find a team willing to trade for Alexander. The best way for Gutekunst to get more picks may be via a trade down in the first round.

It’s been three years since the Baltimore Orioles decided to change the dimensions for Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and yet another change is coming for the 2025 season.
Back in 2022, the Orioles decided to move back the left-field wall by 26.5 feet and raise the fence height by six feet. The result was a hilariously rough situation for power hitters (particularly for lefties) that ended up being dubbed, “Walltimore.”
The pushed-back wall threw off the overall aesthetic of that outfield.
PALM BEACH – The Cleveland Browns spent the first day of the NFL annual meeting addressing other issues, including whether they’d be willing to trade from their No. 2 overall pick in the draft to No. 1 when, in fact, the biggest issue on the team’s agenda remains whether Deshaun Watson should ever play another game for the team.
If the Browns are smart, they already have a clear answer, and it would be an understandable and emphatic, no way.
But the Browns aren’t going to be transparent about that now.

TCU’s tournament run has demonstrated that Hailey Van Lith is ready for the WNBA — and that wherever she goes, winning follows.
Hailey Van Lith has had an incredible year. After a tough season at LSU, Van Lith won a bronze medal with the U.S. Olympic 3×3 women’s basketball team and followed that up with a superb fifth-year season at TCU.
Van Lith averaged 17.9 points and 5.5 assists at TCU, leading the university to its first-ever Elite 8 appearance.

The men’s NCAA tournament is down to four teams, and only the No. 1 seeds are still dancing. Let’s rank them by their championship chances.
The top teams during the 2024-2025 men’s college basketball season always seemed a cut above the rest of the country. That idea was confirmed forever when all four No. 1 seeds reached the men’s Final Four for the first time since 2008.
This tournament never produced a real Cinderella, and only had one true buzzer-beater. The good news is that the best is yet to come.

The 2025 NFL Draft is taking shape. Here’s our latest mock draft.
We’re only a few weeks removed from the 2025 NFL Draft, and the answers to the biggest questions in this year’s draft are finally coming into focus. At this point we have a fairly good idea of who will go No. 1 overall, but what makes this draft so fascinating is the depth on both the offensive and defensive lines. So many teams are entering this draft with major holes on their depth chart, and this will be a big opportunity to fill them with cost-controlled player production.

If it hadn’t been already, Saturday confirmed it is very much results over performance territory at this stage of the season for Pompey.
It was almost as if everything a seething John Mousinho called out on the touchline a fortnight ago at Deepdale had an answer provided for it at Fratton.
The Indianapolis Colts traded way, way down from the 14th overall pick in Bill Barnwell’s annual NFL mock draft with all trades.
Each year, Barnwell puts together draft day trade packages for each team that could entice them to move up or down. If applicable, he takes into account the GM’s history when it comes to trades on draft day, and Barnwell also used the Jimmy Johnson trade value chart to create trades that were fair for all teams.
Premier League sides put off by Jonathan David’s substantial financial demands
A ‘free’ transfer that is not really free at all: Jonathan David’s (25) significant financial demands have been revealed in a report by Sacha Tavolieri.
David is expected to leave Lille OSC this summer. The Canadian’s contract expires at the end of the season and there are no hints of a renewal. He therefore represents a significant opportunity on the market, especially given the scarcity of affordable centre-forward options on the market.
If you view Travis Hunter as a cornerback, he’ll be the first off the board. After that, it’ll be between Will Johnson and Jahdae Barron on who gets drafted next. Barron can’t control who gets drafted when, but he confidently declared himself the best in the class at Texas’ pro day. “I most definitely believe that I am CB1,” stated Barron. What sets Barron apart from his peers is his versatility.
“I can do a lot. I can go play corner, I can play nickel, and I can play safety.
