We have a major, and I mean MAJOR – need for a refresher on the bro code.
An unspoken agreement between the homies is that you never, under any circumstances, try to flirt with or steal another man’s girlfriend. If you do, you should be excommunicated from your group of bros and shamed for the rest of your life.
Robby, a Cubs fan, didn’t seem to care about that on Wednesday. He was sitting next to a random girl, Tristen, that he had never met before, and they both decided to eat a hot dog, Lady and the Tramp style.

Tennessee has dismissed starting quarterback Nico Iamaleava after he skipped practice and meetings on Friday in an alleged attempt to get a new NIL deal. Tennessee announced that Iamaleava was out an Saturday morning. This feels like an example of college programs trying to exert some control over the NIL landscape, but it may be more complicated than that Iamaleava’s play failed to impress against SEC opponents.

One of the biggest, and best, things GM Adam Peters did for the Washington Commanders this offseason was trade with the San Francisco 49ers for star wide receiver Deebo Samuel. Samuel has missed at least one game in every season since he was drafted in 2019, and he’s coming off the worst season in his career, but not all of that falls on his shoulders.
Regardless of the past, Commanders head coach Dan Quinn says he is “pumped” to have Samuel on his squad in 2025.
“Coaching against him, this is an explosive player,” Quinn said.
With first-year head coach Liam Coen, the Jacksonville Jaguars are able to get a jump start on voluntary offseason programs, which for them began last Tuesday.
With the players back in the building and a new coaching staff under Liam Coen leading the way, there is a newfound energy circulating that quarterback Trevor Lawrence can feel.
“It feels great, just the energy in the building,” Lawrence said via Pro Football Talk. “I’ve been here a lot just because of rehab and trying to get my shoulder healthy, so I’ve been around this offseason a lot more than maybe even typically.

KNOXVILLE, TN – The college football world was shocked to hear that Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava did not show up to practice on Friday morning, following news of contract negotiations between him and the school’s collective.
The situation in Knoxville only escalated as conversations surrounding the absence were discussed the entire afternoon, with many around the Tennessee program trying to contact Iamaleava, to no avail as of early Friday evening.
Pete Thamel was first to report the news on Saturday morning.
Midway through spring camp, LSU football feels energized with the work ethic throughout the whole team.
Heading into his fourth season with the Tigers, West Weeks noticed a difference this time from all the other teams he’s been a part of in Baton Rouge.
“I think it’s just the energy of the team,” Weeks said. “I feel like this is one of the most complete teams that we’ve had in all my time of being here.”
it’s not just because he has both of his brothers, fellow linebackers Whit and Zach, that West feels a family vibe in practices.
