The first wave of NFL free agency is in the books, which featured some big signings and trades that will have implications this season.
But the fun has only just started, as we’re about one month away from the 2025 NFL draft, which is shaping up to be an intriguing one. With all of the big moves going down in free agency, things are starting to become more clear at several positions.
Following free agency, we thought it would be the perfect time to unveil another first-round mock draft taking into account the recent moves around the league.

Thanks to Caitlin Clark, the WNBA saw record attendance numbers in 2024. Now, the rest of the league is making changes in order to accommodate the crowds that come to watch the reigning Rookie of the Year.
The Dallas Wings announced on Wednesday that they will move their June 27 game against Indiana Fever from the College Park Center to the American Airlines Center — home of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. That makes them the sixth WNBA team so far to switch to a larger venue in order to host Clark’s team in 2025.

Bowlers will be allowed to use saliva to shine the cricket ball in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL), reversing the ban imposed during the Covid pandemic five years ago, reports say.
Indian cricket’s governing body’s decision came after a majority of the tournament’s franchise captains supported the move during a meeting on Thursday, ESPNcricinfo said.
Mike Band of Next Gen Stats put together his first 2025 NFL mock draft for NFL.com, and the Indianapolis Colts came away with Penn State tight end Tyler Warren at pick No. 14. But what needed to happen for Warren to be available at that point?
Warren has been an extremely popular pick for the Colts in mock drafts, particularly during the early going of the pre-draft process, and it’s easy to see why.
The Colts need a much greater passing game presence at the tight end position, and Warren is coming off a 1,200-yard season in 2024.
We’re officially into the second week of free agency and teams’ rosters for 2025 are starting to take shape. There will still be many changes before the 53-man rosters are finalized ahead of the season opener, but we can begin to gauge each team’s goals.
