Ryan Preece went airborne in the closing laps of the 2025 Daytona 500
After extensive weather delays, the 67th running of the Daytona 500 finally came to an end hours after it began, with William Byron taking the Great American Race for the second year in a row.
But one of the major moments from this season’s Daytona 500 was a scary crash involving Ryan Preece, coming in the closing laps. With the field bunched up Christopher Bell got a big bump from behind by Cole Custer, sending Bell’s No. 20 Toyota to the right, and then into the outer wall.

During tonight’s men’s basketball against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Scott was seen wearing a mask. Don’t worry, he wasn’t buying into the dying narrative of mainstream COVID fear mongering. This was a mask that was designed to protect his face from injury.
However, it looks different from the clear, full-faced ones you sometimes see other players wear. No, this one was far more intimidating.

LA JOLLA, Calif. — There is something eerie about the spot where Ludvig Åberg made his birdie putt from that won him the 2025 Genesis Invitational. It’s a familiar place to golf fans everywhere, to those old enough to remember the 2008 U.S. Open.

San Antonio Spurs All-Star big man Victor Wembanyama incorporates reading into his pre-game routine.
As Wembanyama got into the zone in the locker room Sunday ahead of the All-Star Game festivities, Nuggets star Nikola Jokic couldn’t resist taking the chance to poke a little fun at his fellow All-Star.
“You really brought a book?” Jokic questioned, looking at Wembanyama with disappointment.
Wemby, an NBA star at 21, stood tall against Jokic’s jokes.
“Yeah, I read before every game,” Wembanyama answered.
