Heading into the 2025 NCAA Tournament you have your typical storylines about potential upsets, favorites to make a run, who could be the breakout star, and so on and so forth, but there is one completely unique headline as the tournament tips off thanks to the SEC.

Taylor Bol Bowen has announced he is entering the transfer portal, but he is considering a return to Florida State, the sophomore forward announced on Wednesday.
Bowen averaged 8.0 points and 5.2 rebounds in 2024-25. While he struggled down the stretch, Bowen was a key figure in FSU’s upset win at Wake Forest in February and made a team-high 41.4 percent of his 3-point shots.
“I just want to evaluate all my options with a new coach coming in,” Bowen told the Osceola. “Florida State will still be firmly in the mix.

Scottie Scheffler has poked fun at himself by naming ravioli on his Masters Champions Dinner menu – months after suffering a freak injury making homemade pasta.
The American missed several tournaments in January after suffering a nasty wound on his hand from a broken glass he was using to cut pasta dough.
But Scheffler showed he sees the funny side over his mishap preparing Christmas dinner, as he added the dish to an otherwise unimaginative menu for the Augusta meal.
