But he’s in the news again for a segment in which he criticized the HBO show Hard Knocks for downplaying Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill’s past issues of domestic violence.
“Tyreek Hill came here to get stardom and to ‘sportswash’ some of his past, and he’s largely done that,” Le Batard said.
“He is a star, talking about him for MVP, and very few people bring up horrifying details of his domestic abuse past.

Shohei Ohtani’s decision to sign with the Los Angeles Dodgers was the biggest move of the MLB offseason, and the largest money deal in the history of sports.
On Thursday, Ohtani celebrated his new contract with a trip to SoFi Stadium to watch the Los Angeles Rams take on the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football.
The Rams honored Ohtani’s presence by offering him a customized jersey complete with his name and number before the game.
A grateful Ohtani held up the jersey with pride as pictures were taken.

There’s a good chance the Jacksonville Jaguars will be without quarterback Trevor Lawrence for their matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Lawrence, who is in concussion protocol, did not participate in practice on Wednesday or Thursday and will likely watch from the sidelines at Raymond James Stadium, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Thursday.

The Los Angeles Rams rolled out the red carpet for new Los Angeles Dodgers DH and pitcher, Shohei Ohtani — celebrating Ohtani’s arrival to L.A., as if the Japanese star wasn’t a 45-minute drive from Inglewood for several years.
On Thursday, the latest addition to the Dodgers appeared at SoFi Stadium. After leaving the L.A. Angels (in Anaheim) for the Dodgers this offseason, the City of Angels is finally embracing calling Ohtani one of their own.
Rams players drew to Ohtani during warmups, eager to meet the new Dodger.
