I still can’t believe what we all just saw at the end of Ohio State-Notre Dame.
I had a Tweet drafted and ready to push send on, it said: “Wake up the echoes! Congrats to Notre Dame fans. You guys physically dominated Ohio State in the second half and gutted out a huge win. This is the win you’ve been waiting decades for.”
I deleted it on the final play of the game as Ohio State delivered one of the most crushing defeats to a home stadium crowd I have seen in the 21st century.
Heck, ever.

The NFL season marches onward, and this slate offers up matchups dripping with fantasy potential, with the Falcons vs. the Lions (!) as a can’t-miss game in the early window.
Football is back. Here’s what you need to know about how to watch the Broncos at Dolphins game.
A decade ago, Florida State made a statement at Clemson. The Seminoles waltzed into a top-five matchup against the Tigers and waltzed out as a serious national title threat. This year’s Noles may not have won that definitively, but their result does ring bells across the sport as they won in overtime against the Tigers.
Before Saturday, Florida State hadn’t beaten Clemson since 2015. This is a seismic result at the top of the ACC. It’s Florida State asserting that the LSU game wasn’t just a fluke, and the Boston College closer-than-expected victory was just an aberration.
Preparations for the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix are kicking into high gear, but unfortunately, the preparation has now been marred by tragedy,
According to reports, a construction worker working to help construct the necessary infrastructure for the Grand Prix was killed in an accident on Saturday.
According to ABC News, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police received a call about an injured worker at the Bellagio fountains around 11:30 am local time on Saturday.
Police say that upon arrival at the scene, they found a male worker with a “major laceration” to his neck.
Fantasy football analyst Sal Vetri reveals his keys to victory for Week 3.
Iowa QB Cade McNamara is probably regretting some comments from last year following a devastating loss to Penn State.
The Hawkeyes were absolutely dismantled and destroyed 31-0 Saturday by the Nittany Lions. Iowa’s offensive display was nothing short of absolutely abysmal.
The team finished with 56 passing yards with only six completions and ran for 20 yards on 17 carries. It was as ugly as ugly can get.
Well, an old quote from McNamara is making the rounds online after the embarrassing loss, and it’s definitely a tough look.
Week 4 was billed as one of the best college football slates ever.
Chip Trayanum was lying on the goal line with the football, unleashing an Ohio State celebration that would climax with Ryan Day bellowing on live television like a madman about Lou Holtz and toughness and criticism and disrespect. “It’s Ohio against the world!” Day said, sounding a rallying cry for the richest athletic department in the United States.
Ultimately, it was Ohio against only 10 Notre Dame defenders on the play that swung the most consequential game of the season to date in favor of the No. 6 Buckeyes and against the No. 9 Fighting Irish, 17-14.
Fired up over the perception that Ohio State doesn’t play with enough grit in tough games, and intent on making sure that theory “ends tonight,” Ryan Day’s Buckeyes rallied to top Notre Dame, 17-14, Saturday, ending a thrilling game between Top ten teams.
