The Browns and Steelers were on opposite ends of one-sided results in Week 1.
Cleveland blew out the Bengals, 24-3, at home while Pittsburgh fell to the 49ers, 30-7, in front of a home crowd. Coming off drastically different performances, it’s easy to see why the Browns are 2.5-point road favorites over the Steelers at Acrisure Stadium on Monday Night Football. The total is set at 38.5 points, tied for the lowest of the week.
The AFC North rivals split the season series in 2022.

The Panthers swept the Saints last year for the first time since 2015.
Both games were decided by one score but Carolina came out on top in Week 3 (22-14) and again in Week 17 (10-7), marking a shift from the recent series history between the two NFC South rivals. Despite that turnaround for the Panthers, the Saints are 3.5-point road favorites at Bank of America Stadium in the first leg of a Monday Night Football doubleheader. The total is set at 39.5 points, according to SI Sportsbook.

McIlroy has been one of the very few Ryder Cuppers to struggle at the BMW PGA Championship, but turned it on late.
After hacking out of the woods at the 12th hole Friday, Rory McIlroy’s chances of making the BMW PGA Championship cut looked dire.
He made a bogey-six at the par-5 12th, the easiest hole at Wentworth.
When he stepped onto the 13th tee, McIlroy sat at 1-over par for the championship, two shots outside the cut line.
He needed to make birdies and fast.

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared on The Pat McAfee Show on Friday to give his first interview since suffering a season-ending Achilles injury Monday night against the Bills.
Rodgers, who had surgery earlier this week, is expected to miss the rest of the season. Despite the prognosis, Rodgers channeled his inner Kevin Garnett when asked by McAfee and co-host A.J. Hawk whether he potentially could return to action if the Jets reach the playoffs.
“I’m not gonna make any of those statements. I don’t feel like that’s fair to myself,” Rodgers began.

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, speaking publicly for the first time since suffering a potential season-ending left Achilles tear on Monday Night Football, is not closing the door on returning to the field this season.
This season.
No, Rodgers didn’t guarantee that during his appearance on the Pat McAfee Show on Friday. The Jets haven’t been about guarantees since 1969.
But he didn’t dismiss the idea.

Tyrrell Hatton is one of the great characters of professional golf. While he’s a soft-spoken guy, he has an incredibly short fuse and isn’t afraid to show some frustration. We’re talking about someone who has flipped off a pond during a tournament, flipped off a hole at the Masters, and smashed a tee marker with his driver.
Hatton acting like he was going to chuck a flagstick into the trees at the BMW Championship on Friday is honestly one of the calmest things the Englishman has ever done on a golf course.

The odds would appear to be stacked against Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
On Monday, Rodgers tore his Achilles tendon during New York’s 22–16 overtime win over the Bills. The catastrophic injury seems likely to sideline Rodgers for the season, perhaps dealing a critical blow to the Jets’ goal of Super Bowl contention in 2023.
However, even at the age of 39, Rodgers remains steadfast in the belief that he will return to play for New York sooner rather than later—a sentiment he expressed to former Colts punter Pat McAfee on his eponymous ESPN show Friday afternoon.
