Michigan and coach Jim Harbaugh won’t challenge the ruling further.
Ahead of a pending hearing scheduled for Friday on a motion to delay a proposed three-game suspension, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh has resolved the matter with the Big Ten. According to a statement released by the school, the coach has accepted the three-game suspension, and will serve out the final two games of the penalty.
As indicated in the statement, “the University, Coach Harbaugh, and the Big Ten resolved their pending litigation.

The LPGA unveiled its 2024 schedule Thursday, which will feature the largest overall purse in the tour’s history.
The LPGA Tour announced its 2024 schedule, including events in 15 states and 10 different countries across Asia, Europe, and North America.
The schedule comprises 33 official events, in which players will compete for an overall purse of $118 million, an LPGA record.
Sixteen tournaments will feature purses of at least $3 million, which is also a record.
