Stephen Curry has established himself as the best three-point shooter in NBA history as the only player to hit over 3,000 threes in a career. Now, 14 years into his NBA career, Curry continues to break records with his virtually unlimited range.
In Game 3 vs. the Kings on Thursday night, Curry became the first player in NBA playoff history to hit six three-pointers from at least 28 feet deep on the court, according to the Warriors. For comparison, the arc on the court is a maximum of 23 feet, 9 inches from the basket, while also being closer near the corners of the arc.

In 2019, the Arizona Cardinals had a decision to make.
With the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, the team was reportedly on the fence between quarterback Kyler Murray and defensive end Nick Bosa.
So when young Bosa visited with then-GM Steve Keim and then-Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury, he was happy to give them some advice.
Keim described the encounter to FS1’s Colin Cowherd Friday.

Perfect games are tough to come by — arguably the most difficult thing to accomplish in sports — and Chicago Cubs pitcher Drew Smyly appeared to be on his way to one Friday afternoon against the Dodgers.

It happened with the end in sight, at the top of the eighth inning with no outs and Dodgers outfielder David Peralta at the plate and the Cubs annihilating them 13-0. He got a piece of the 0-1 offering and it dribbled down the third base line.
Sounds like a recipe for a relatively out.

The NBA suspended Draymond Green for Game 3 of the Kings–Warriors series on Thursday night, after the forward stomped on Domantas Sabonis and got into it with the Kings crowd in Game 2. Therefore, Green missed Golden State’s big 114–97 win during his second-ever postseason suspension.
On Friday, for the first time, Green spoke publicly about his suspension, which in part had to do with the fact that he was suspended previously.

There has never been a dumber way for a perfect game to end.
The Chicago Cubs have been around since 1903. Wrigley Field opened in 1914. Somehow, no Cubs player has ever thrown a perfect game, and there has never been a perfect game at Wrigley Field.
Both of those streaks were almost broken on Friday afternoon, but a perfect game bid by Cubs starter Drew Smyly was lost on just about the silliest play possible. Smyly took a perfect game into the top of the eighth inning against the mighty Los Angeles Dodgers with the North Siders holding a 13-0 lead.
