Ahead of the Travelers Championship, PGA Tour’s Adam Scott weighed in on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf deal and how he felt left in the dark.
Long-time PGA Tour member Adam Scott has been quiet about the whole PGA Tour deal with LIV Golf, but during his interview on Wednesday ahead of the Travelers Championship, the Australian golfer opened up some about the situation.
There still haven’t been a lot of details about the merger released, and it seems the players still don’t know a lot, either.

Texas Tech head football coach Joey McGuire is a man of his word. He finally followed-through on a Twitter bet and scaled a towering crane positioned over the Red Raiders’ football field.
McGuire, 51, was named the head football coach in Lubbock on November 8, 2021. He took over a program that had not won more than seven games since 2013 and went 8-5 in his first year, with a Texas Bowl win over Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss.
The excitement around what McGuire is building is tangible.

With just over 24 hours remaining until the NBA draft, signs appear to be pointing toward Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard remaining in Portland.
“The Blazers have shut down anybody who has tried to call about the possibility of trying to trade for [Lillard],” ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said Wednesday afternoon in an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show.
Lillard, 32, has been linked to the Eastern Conference champion Heat this offseason. The future Hall of Famer averaged a career-high 32.2 points per game in 2023 over 58 games.
Since Portland drafted Lillard with the No.
By now, it’s clear who the top three picks of the NBA Draft will be. But after that, even the likely lottery picks have no idea where they’ll land.
Max Kellerman, Keshawn Johnson, and Jay Williams had to know this was coming, but ESPN has reportedly axed their morning radio show.
According to The New York Post, the network has decided to boot the Keyshawn, JWill, & Max show, which occupied one of the network’s morning radio spots.
The expectation is that despite the end of their radio show, all three will stay at ESPN… for now.
That’s because, as everyone and their mother knows, the Worldwide Leader in Sports is undergoing some restructuring. And the cancellation of the show is being blamed on that.
As part of a large-scale company restructuring, ESPN is reportedly canceling its national morning radio show featuring Max Kellerman, Keyshawn Johnson and Jay Williams, according to Andrew Marchand of the New York Post. The network is also expected to undergo “significant on-air layoffs” in the weeks to come.
The decision does not mean that the trio won’t still be with the company, though Marchand speculates that Kellerman’s high salary might put him in jeopardy. Johnson also signed a four-year, $18 million deal with ESPN last year.

The Charlotte Hornets will pick second in the 2023 NBA Draft on Thursday night. A team that has not reached the playoffs since 2015-16 will get a much-needed talent boost in one way or another.
But who will be drafted No. 2 overall?
Assuming that the San Antonio Spurs don’t pass on a generational talent in Victor Wembanyama, the expectation is that SEC Player of the Year Brandon Miller will be the newest member of the Hornets.
