The real-life version of Lucy Draper might be roaming the campus of Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. And if you don’t know who Lucy Draper is, shame on you.
Alright, since I’m a nice guy… Draper is the character played by Kathy Ireland in the ‘90s cinematic masterpiece, Necessary Roughness. A soccer player-turned-placekicker with good looks and a rocket leg.
But you already knew that, right?

Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Jasond Gonzalez continued his red-hot form in the Chinese League One, finding the back of the net once again on Saturday.
The Colombian Centre-forward scored the crucial solitary goal of the match as his team, SJZ Gongfu, edged Shenzen Juniors.
Gonzalez’s side is in fifth place on the Chinese second-tier standings, having accumulated 44 points from 27 league matches in the 16-team championship.
