LONDON – Jordan Vucenic’s mentality has made a big shift.
Vucenic (13-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC), a former Cage Warriors champion, returns to the octagon this Saturday against Chris Duncan on the main card of UFC Fight Night 255 (ESPN+), which takes place at The O2 in London. This will be his second fight under the promotion, and he now feels up to par with the other fellow UFC fighters, something he didn’t feel debuting on short notice back in August.
“I think I put the UFC fighters on a pedestal,” Vucenic said at Thursday’s UFC Fight Night 255 media day.

It has been one hell of a week for Josh Berry and Wood Brothers Racing with the former driving the No. 21 Ford Mustang to Victory Lane in the Las Vegas NASCAR Cup Series race, which was one of those wins that made just about everyone happy.
I mean, it’s the Wood Brothers’ No. 21; that car is iconic.
And speaking of iconic, the team announced on Thursday that they will be using a special paint scheme honoring one of the best drivers of all time, the late, great Jim Clark.
The Chargers are hosting veteran tight end Tyler Conklin on a free agent visit, Mike Garafolo of NFL Media reports.
The Chargers currently have Will Dissly, Tucker Fisk and McCallan Castles on their depth chart at the position.
Conklin, 29, spent the past three seasons with the Jets.
In 2024, he played 16 games with 15 starts, seeing action on 805 offensive snaps. He made 51 catches for 449 yards and four touchdowns.
The Vikings made him a fifth-round pick in 2018, and he spent four seasons in Minnesota.
He signed a three-year, $21 million deal with the Jets in free agency in 2022.
Mar. 20—GRANITEVILLE — Jackson Byrd knows his game is good enough to win the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley.
He has the speed and strength to create scoring opportunities. He has the experience, both at Sage Valley and on the international stage, to get the job done at the highest level. He has the pedigree, coming from one of the state’s foremost golfing families.
All he has left to do is win a gold jacket.
That’s the goal this week for Byrd, a Clemson-bound senior making his third and final appearance at the Junior Invitational.

Caitlin Clark is off in the WNBA, but the 2025 women’s NCAA Tournament still has plenty of must-watch guards, like Florida State’s Ta’Niya Latson.
We all loved watching Caitlin Clark play for Iowa in the NCAA Tournament, especially over the last two seasons as she guided the Hawkeyes to a pair of appearances in the national title game.
Clark wowed fans with deep 3-pointers from outrageous ranges, neck-breaking assists and her infectious swagger and confidence.
