Super Bowl history is full of iconic plays, which means that everyone will have their personal preference for the best play ever. However, on the opposite side of every play is a team or player that gets the short end of the stick, something that former quarterback Kurt Warner knows all too well.
On Tuesday, one Pittsburgh Steelers fan pegged James Harrison’s interception return for a touchdown of Warner in Super Bowl 43 vs. the Arizona Cardinals as the best play in the game’s history. Warner saw that post on social media and politely disagreed with that fan’s opinion.

The Southeastern Conference has fined the University of South Carolina $100,000 for violating the league’s “access to competition area” policy after fans stormed the court in the wake of Tuesday’s upset over Kentucky, the conference announced Wednesday.
With the 79–62 win over the No. 6 Wildcats, Lamont Paris’s squad improved to 16-3 overall on the season and and 4-2 in SEC play after being picked in the preseason to be one of the worst teams in the conference. Kentucky dropped to 14–4 overall and 4–2 in the SEC.

Chris Armas’ return to MLS as manager of a good Colorado side very much has a wait-and-see approach to it. | Matt Stamey-USA TODAY Sports
Fans are hoping for the one who led the Red Bulls to the Supporter’s Shield in 2018 and not the one who coached in the background of some bad EPL clubs.
How Chris Armas will be as a manager of a club again is anyone’s guess.

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana – Been there.
Done that.
The LSU women’s basketball team just won the national championship last April. So why would LSU fans storm the court tonight if the No. 9 Tigers (18-2, 5-1 Southeastern Conference) upset No. 1 South Carolina (17-0, 5-0 SEC) at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center (8 p.m., ESPN)?

A win would be significant for LSU, which has lost 14 in a row to the Gamecocks.

Since Zach LaVine trade rumors began circulating early in the 2023-24 NBA season, the buzz surrounding the Chicago Bulls guard has quieted significantly. It appeared initially that a move to the Los Angeles Lakers was a realistic possibility, but early in January, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said there was “not a market” for LaVine.
But according to the latest report on LaVine’s future, there seem to be discussions about a potential deal with the Detroit Pistons, according to The Athletic’s James L. Edwards III.

Travis Kelce had a special embrace with a former teammate after the Kansas City Chiefs’ playoff win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, and fans loved it.
Kelce met up with Bills offensive lineman Mitch Morse postgame to share a few words with his former teammate. Morse, who played college football at Missouri, spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Chiefs before moving over to the Bills in 2019. That means he had plenty of overlap with Kelce, who has spent the entirety of his 11-year NFL career in Kansas City.
“I love you, man,” Kelce said.

Nick Dunlap, the 20-year-old amateur who made history by winning the American Express last weekend has officially decided to turn professional.
At PGA West, the Alabama sophomore became the first amateur to win on the PGA Tour since Phil Mickelson in 1991—shooting 60 in the tournament’s penultimate round—and the feat gave him exempt Tour membership through 2026.
With a spring college season for the Crimson Tide on the horizon, Dunlap had a life-changing decision to make: Turn professional after the conclusion of NCAAs or get to work on Tour immediately.
