Are we 100% sure Brock Purdy isn’t a super talented football child?
There’s a lot of debate over whether Brock Purdy is an elite quarterback, or a beneficiary of the system around him. I think we’re asking the wrong questions. Instead of focusing on this whole superstar vs. game manager thing, we need to settle the most pressing issue surround the quarterback.
Is he actually a super-talented child who found himself in the Super Bowl through a Zoltan-esque Big situation?

Radio Row at the Super Bowl is a wild and crazy place.
If you have never been before what you need to understand is that it is basically a convention center filled with radio stations, television shows and all sorts of other content-creating entities from all over the country. Microphones, computers, signage, cameras… you name it and it’s there. The WiFi might be the strongest in the world to hold it all.

Fitness entrepreneur and NWSL team owner Brittany Mahomes was unveiled as the newest member of the SI Swimsuit family on Thursday and is set to make her debut in the 2024 issue, to be released in May.
The 28-year-old Mahomes, wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been a common sight in the audience for her husband’s Kansas City Chiefs during the NFL season. For the upcoming SI Swimsuit issue, she stripped down to her core and laid out a poignant message to the magazine’s readers.

After rallying from a 17-point deficit to win the NFC championship, many fans and media wanted to know what motivation and strategy the San Francisco 49ers utilized in their comeback versus the Detroit Lions.
Tight end George Kittle took a more comedic approach, trying to lighten the mood by telling teammates he was going to say, “They had us in the first half, not gonna lie” after they won the game, a reference to a famous football meme.
However, receiver Deebo Samuel was far more serious about being down 24–7 at halftime.

Where do Bill Belichick, Mike Vrabel, and Ben Johnson land next year in the NFL?
For as difficult as it is to predict which teams will have an opening at head coach in 2025 and who they will hire, the most recent hiring/firing cycle proved to have few real surprises— at least in terms of candidates.
The only candidates who weren’t on anyone’s radar a year ago would have been Antonio Pierce, just a linebackers coach on the Las Vegas Raiders at the time who has only ever been a head coach at the high school level. And Dave Canales.

Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift has been one of the biggest storylines of the NFL season and it could have a storybook ending this Sunday in Las Vegas when the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.
The Chiefs tight end has been his usual dominant self in the playoffs and is a main reason why Kansas City is back in the championship game for the fourth time in five years.

A new NBA partnership was announced Thursday that will result in NBA officials wearing sponsorship patches for the first time ever.
Emirates and the association announced that the airline is now officially the NBA’s global airline partner. As a result, Emirates is now the title partner of the NBA Cup, previously named the NBA in-season tournament. NBA officials will sport an Emirates patch starting at the 2024 NBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis on Feb. 18.

Mike Vrabel appears to be returning to his Big Ten roots.
Vrabel and the Titans parted ways at the end of the regular season, and he’s now looking for a new job. How quickly will he land one?
That’s unknown but it sounds like he’s going to start helping his good friend Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin Badgers in a capacity that doesn’t seem clear at the moment.
“I talked to him, I think, on Saturday, and we hadn’t communicated for probably a week or so just because the process was going. He sounded like a new man.

After one season, the NBA is renaming its in-season tournament competition, thanks to a new partnership.
The NBA announced a deal with the Dubai-based Emirates airline, which will become the title sponsor of the renamed Emirates NBA Cup. In addition to becoming the title sponsor of the league’s in-season tournament, Emirates also will have its logo featured on the jerseys of referees in the NBA, WNBA and G League.
“The NBA is a valuable addition to our sponsorship portfolio as it allows us to connect with a vast global fan base, including in the U.S.
