McGregor (22-6) is credited for taking MMA to unforeseen
heights, also becoming the sport’s greatest ever star in the
process. While McGregor is known for his legendary trash talk,
“Notorious” also arguably crossed some boundaries to promote his
fights. 
The most notable of McGregor’s build-ups was ahead of his UFC 229
clash against Khabib
Nurmagomedov. The Dubliner threw a dolly at a bus carrying
Nurmagomedov and other fighters at UFC 223 in 2018 at the Barclays
Center in Brooklyn, New York.

I’m not here to clap for every pick and call every class “elite.” Some teams drafted like they had a plan and executed it. Others drafted like they were bored, panicked, bullied, or trying to win a press conference. These are my 2026 NFL Draft grades for all 32 teams, with one pick I love and one pick I hate for each – based on talent, fit, positional value, roster needs, and how the board fell.

Arizona Cardinals – B+:
Love – 4th-round DT Kaleb Proctor.

The Boston Celtics had the Philadelphia 76ers on the ropes in Game 5, but reverted to bad habits to lose the game 113-97. Or at least that is the point of view of NBC Sports Boston reporter Chris Forsberg on a recent episode of the 98.5 The Sports Hub “Toucher and Hardy” show, where they broke down the Celtics’ Game 5 loss of their 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs first round series vs. the Sixers.
Boston had actually led for most of the game, though it was a close contest after the Sixers dug themselves out of a 13-point deficit and end up taking the game by 17 points.

Rob Gronkowski is headed for the New England Patriots’ Hall of Fame.
The Patriots announced on Wednesday that Gronkowski is the 2026 inductee into The Patriots Hall of Fame, voted in by the supporters of the team.
Gronkowski won three Super Bowls with the Patriots over the course of his nine-year career playing for New England. The New York native went for 7,861 receiving yards and 79 receiving touchdowns playing alongside Tom Brady in New England. Gronkowski was a four-time first-team All-Pro selection with the Patriots.

Falkirk’s John McGlynn is in the running for a third successive PFA Scotland manager of the year award, facing competition from Derek McInnes of Hearts and Stenhousemuir boss Gary Naysmith.
In his debut season at Tynecastle, McInnes has the Edinburgh club three points clear at the top of the Premiership with four games remaining.
Hearts were last crowned champions of Scotland in 1960.
Having ended a 15-year absence from the top flight for Falkirk, McGlynn has secured a top six place.

NASCAR took Zane Smith’s No. 38 car to the R&D Center after the Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway. Following a strong run at Talladega, the sport had a closer inspection of Smith’s vehicle; however, did the Front Row Motorsports driver receive any penalties?
Smith’s No. 38 car had no issues at the NASCAR R&D Center, which is the best result from further inspection. In previous years, NASCAR has found issues that cost a race team and driver over 100 points and more, so Smith receiving the green light is excellent news.

The New York Yankees (20-10) continue their assault on the state of Texas with Game 3 of their series against the Rangers (14-16). Last night, Aaron Judge went yard last night for the 12th time this season and Cam Schlittler struck out eight over six shutout innings to earn his fourth win of the season. David Bednar struggled in the ninth to make it a bit of a sweat, but the Yankees won, 3-2 and are now 4-1 on their six-game swing through the Lone Star State.
 
Rookie right‑hander Elmer Rodríguez makes his MLB debut this afternoon for the Yankees after dominating Triple‑A with a 1.
