Retired U.S. Marine and successful comedian, Rob Riggle, and PXG are passionate about giving back as Veterans Day approaches.
Rob Riggle is a very funny man. He’s known for some of his over-the-top roles in “The Hangover,” “Step-Brothers” and his time as a “Daily Show” correspondent, among various other things. He is easily one of the more recognizable faces in comedy.
But what many people may not know is the incredibly charitable side of Riggle.
Riggle is a retired U.S.

NBA fans looking to take a trip down memory lane were in for a doozy of a story this week courtesy of an outlandish revelation involving former NBA stars Mike Bibby and Baron Davis.
Appearing on Showtime’s All The Smoke podcast, Bibby was asked by hosts and fellow ex-NBA players Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson whether he had any funny stories about his stint with the Knicks during the 2011–12 season. What followed next was a wild tale that has to be heard to be believed.

The James Madison Dukes men’s basketball team pulled off the most remarkable comeback of the young season.
With 3.8 seconds remaining in a game against Kent State, Golden Flashes forward Chris Payton Jr. hit a pair of free throws to put his squad up 89-84. The crowd started chanting “Warm the busses!,” thinking Kent State had it in the bag.
A perfectly reasonable assumption! How many times can a team say it erased a five-point deficit with less than four seconds on the clock?
But the fans spoke too soon.
Dukes guard Noah Freidel caught a full-court pass and sank a three.

Tony Petitti has no idea how badly he just botched his job, but here is a hint: In a meeting last week, Michigan’s regents discussed possibly leaving the Big Ten if Petitti suspended coach Jim Harbaugh without what the school considered due process, a person familiar with those discussions told Sports Illustrated.
That may sound like an empty threat, but the fact it was even discussed should tell you how angry Michigan is right now about how Petitti has handled this.

With Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh set to serve a suspension in the Wolverines’ final three games of the regular season, one of college football’s most dominant teams suddenly finds its future up in the air.
However, at least one element of Michigan’s turbulent existence will seemingly remain unchanged: its place in College Football Playoff discussions.
Per CFP executive director Bill Hancock, the selection committee will not give undue weight to Harbaugh’s future absences in considering the Wolverines’ current standing—for better or for worse.

There’s a lot you can say about Shedeur Sanders. “He’s humble” isn’t one of them.
The Colorado Buffaloes quarterback has made millions in NIL deals, and he happily shows them off in the form of diamond chains, $70,000 watches and a Rolls Royce he doesn’t know how to park.
But on the field, he’s all football. And he likens his game to that of two NFL greats: Tom Brady and Michael Vick.
“I can play like Brady, but I’m also able to extend plays and if it’s not there, take it like Vick,” Sanders told Complex. “So it just depends.

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce recently earned a nomination for “People” Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive Award.”
And he thinks it’s high time it happened.
On last night’s Thursday Night Football broadcast, Kelce joined the panel to discuss his nomination for the award. As you would expect from anyone with the last name Kelce, the interview was rather hilarious.
After the conclusion of the absolutely terrible game between the Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers, Charissa Thompson joked that she was surprised Kelce made that appearance on set.

Finally, some resolution has been reached in the Big Ten investigation into Michigan’s alleged sign stealing.
Friday afternoon, the conference announced that it has banned Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh from coaching on the field in Michigan’s final three games of the 2023 regular season. The punishment will leave the Wolverines without its leader on the sidelines for its remaining games against Penn State, Maryland and Ohio State, though Michigan is seeking a court order to block the suspension from taking effect.
