The Colts drafted quarterback Anthony Richardson fourth overall in the 2023 NFL draft. As a one-year starter at Florida, Richardson went 6–6 and completed less than 54% of his passes though he flashed the athleticism and rushing ability that made him such a tantalizing prospect. The former Gator is just the fourth quarterback since 2000 to be drafted in the first round after attempting fewer than 400 passes in college.
Richardson enters the league as one of the best runners at his position. His athletic testing was off the charts and he ran a 4.

Even after a small two game losing streak, the Rays entered play on Thursday at 20-5, far and away the best record in the league.
Their run differential, arguably a greater measure of team strength than wins and losses, also leads baseball. And not just by a little; it’s best in MLB by over 30 runs.
Essentially, the Rays have been more than a run per game better than the league’s second best team.
No one seems to know quite what to expect in the first round, but we’re here to give you all the picks, trades, analysis and more from Kansas City.
