Tom Brady has threatened a lawsuit over a comedy special in which an AI-generated version of the quarterback was giving a crass stand-up routine, according toTMZ.
The retired star quarterback was not a fan of the viral video, which has been wiped from the internet after Brady’s representatives sent a cease-and-desist letter to Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen, hosts of the Dudesy podcast, who are responsible for the development of the comedy film depicting Brady.

Former Duke great JJ Redick no longer plays in the NBA but the competitive fire still burns within him and that was apparent last weekend when he was ejected from his 8-year-old son’s basketball game in New Jersey.
Redick, who played 15 years in the NBA before calling it quits after the 2020–21 season, told his ejection story on his podcast, The Old Man and the Three, this week.
The former 3-point specialist was coaching his son’s game when he had a bit of a run-in with the ref in the final minutes.

Bijan Robinson didn’t receive many official visit invites.
Robinson was a star running back for the Texas Longhorns prior to entering the NFL Draft, and he’s viewed as the runaway top RB prospect.
Despite being the top running back in the draft, teams weren’t clamoring to bring him in.

“I’ve been to two teams, two teams for, like, official visits to their cities, two teams,” Robinson told Dan Patrick during a Thursday interview.

Raiders owner Mark Davis knows a thing or two about moving a team from Oakland to Las Vegas.
He also knows a thing or two about the Athletics, the MLB franchise that the Raiders shared the Oakland Coliseum with for 25 years.
Earlier this week, the A’s announced that the groundwork has been laid for the franchise to relocate to Las Vegas. The A’s have until January of 2024 to get a stadium deal done just west of the Las Vegas strip where the franchise has entered a purchase agreement for land.
Davis isn’t fond of the move by the A’s, and there’s one particular reason why.

Whatever thoughts you may have about LIV Golf and Greg Norman, everyone should be able to admit that the CEO of the Saudi-backed circuit has been consistent when it comes to his overarching message about the game of golf and the war it currently finds itself in.
From LIV Golf’s inception, Norman has always portrayed that he simply wants everyone to get along. He believes, or at least wants others to believe, that there is enough room in the golf world for the PGA Tour, the DP World Tour, and LIV Golf to co-exist.

Plus, Phoenix jumps ahead in L.A. and the Warriors make a statement at home.
Warriors get back in series with Sacramento, win big, 114-97
No Draymond, no problem. When Steph Curry is playing at an MVP level like he was Thursday — 36 points on 12-of-25 shooting — and Kevon Looney is masquerading as Hakeem Olajuwon (20 rebounds and nine assists), Golden State is going to be hard to beat. The Warriors, who never trailed, will look to even the series on Sunday.

It’s an odd spot for the future of sports, tucked away atop a hill in the English countryside, two hours west of London. Nailsworth is a quaint little town with a population just north of 5,700. Cottages dot the rolling landscape, bordered by stone walls and neatly manicured hedges and lush green trees with mushroom-shaped tops so thick and perfect they look like an artist’s rendering. On the drive into town on this sunny but brisk October morning, a cow stops in the opposite lane, shuts down traffic and refuses to move, despite the honking protests.

Steph Curry was back to doing Steph Curry things Thursday against the Kings, as his 36 points led all scores and helped the Warriors get their first win in their series with Sacramento, 114–97.
The victory came without Draymond Green, who was suspended for Game 3 due to his actions late in Game 2 when he stomped on Domantas Sabonis’s chest.
The NBA on TNT crew broke down the game after Golden State’s win and Charles Barkley got Shaq to make a surprising admission about Curry and how good of a player he has been during his legendary career.

Injuries continue to pile up in Major League Baseball, but there is also plenty of talent available on the waiver wire. If you lost Giancarlo Stanton or Jeffrey Springs this week, I’ve got a few players that should be available – even in deeper leagues – listed below. Besides those listed below, don’t forget about players such as Franchy Cordero and Joey Gallo, who clobbered a three-run shot in his first game back from the IL on Wednesday.

Police are reportedly investigating Odell Beckham Jr. over an alleged assault.
The Ravens WR is being accused by an unnamed woman of putting “his hand around her neck” at Delilah in Los Angeles several weeks ago, according to TMZ.
The woman alleges the NFL player “went up to her and grabbed her throat with light pressure,” according to the same report. Neither left the venue after the alleged incident and there were no further issues throughout the night. The accuser filed a report a few days later.
