After electing to hit the NCAA transfer portal, former LSU forward Michael Nwoko has signed with Xavier, On3’s Pete Nakos has learned. It’ll be the fourth school of his career.
Nwoko spent one season with LSU, but with the coaching change to Will Wade, he decided on a change of scenery. He also spent a season each with Miami (2023-24) and Mississippi State (2024-25).
In 32 games for LSU last year, Nwoko averaged 13.4 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game and 0.8 assists per game. He shot 61% from the floor.
Despite getting dominated, Dricus Du Plessis explains why Khamzat Chimaev wasn’t his toughest opponent.
Du Plessis (23-3 MMA, 9-1 UFC) was smothered by Chimaev (15-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) in their middleweight title fight at UFC 319, where he lost a lopsided unanimous decision. He was taken down 12 times and controlled for more than 21 minutes.
However, when asked about his toughest fight, Du Plessis had a different answer.
The Wisconsin Badgers are not among the initial list of schools in pursuit of Joel Foxwell, even with his older brother recently committing to the program.

While it seems like Joel could be an easy name to bring in, the Badgers have reportedly yet to join his recruitment.

At first glance, it looks familiar – vertical stripes, which are the classic Blaugrana identity.
But look closer, and it becomes clear this is not a traditional execution.

Former Washington offensive coordinator Scott Turner has spent some of his time this offseason speaking on his experiences in the NFL. Turner had brief stints as an interim offensive coordinator during his time with the Carolina Panthers and Las Vegas Raiders, but he spent three years in Washington as a full-time coordinator. Becoming an NFL coordinator is an opportunity that, if you let Turner describe it, every coach works and prepares to have. History always repeats itself in some fashion.

Appearing on Tomi Lahren Is Fearless, the Olympic gold medalist delivered a blunt reality check. Clean it up or else.
Woods’ greatness on the course is untouchable. Off it, Jenner says it is time for a hard reset.
“He needs to get humble,” Jenner said.
Did Dale Earnhardt have a secret child that, somehow, the Earnhardt family has kept under wraps for nearly three decades now?
That’s what the NASCAR internet is talking about today. Well, scratch that. That’s who the NASCAR internet is talking about today. Figgy Earnhardt.
Not the War in Iran. Not us literally traveling to – and around – the moon. Not oil prices, or gas prices, or egg prices (remember that one?!).
Figgy Earnhardt.
First off, what a name. But we’ll get into it.
Last week, Bosnia and Herzegovina secured its spot in the 2026 World Cup with a dramatic win over Italy in the UEFA play-in tournament. The game, which came down to a penalty shootout, ended on a thrilling made penalty from an unlikely hero: 21-year-old American-born forward Esmir Bajraktarević.
Bajraktarević, who was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin to Bosnian parents, successfully slipped the ball past Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and into the goal to give Bosnia a 1(4)-1(1) win in the shootout.
Not Olise or Diomande: Liverpool scouts have been dazzled by yet another Bundesliga winger
Now faced with the Herculean task of recruiting an elite successor to Mo Salah, Liverpool have been touted with several options currently plying their trade in the Bundesliga.
Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise and RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande are the two names which have been most cited, although persuading either of those clubs to sell could be a tough task, and the funds required would be bordering on exorbitant.
