Sergei Pavlovich made a statement in more ways than one at UFC Macau.
The Russian slugger needed just 39 seconds to put serious hands on Tallison Teixeira and earn a knockout stoppage 39 seconds into the opening round of their heavyweight contest.

Sergei Pavlovich may have put himself back in the title mix earlier this morning (Sat., May 30, 2026) at UFC Macau LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Galaxy Arena in Macau, China, after the heavyweight contender steamrolled towering opponent, Tallison Teixeira, with a nasty 39-second knockout (punches).
Pavlovich entered Saturday’s early-morning clash as a heavy betting favorite and for good measure. The heavyweight knockout artist was coming off back-to-back wins and eager to prove he deserves another shot at UFC gold.
