Former Team USA gymnast MyKayla Skinner had some not-so-nice things to say about this year’s gymnastics squad. And her comments didn’t sit well with everyone — including four-time Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles.
In a since-deleted YouTube video, Skinner slammed the current state of U.S. gymnastics and suggested that many women on the team weren’t worthy of their spot. Skinner won a silver medal in the vault at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She got the opportunity to compete in the event only after Biles withdrew due to mental health issues.

The upcoming Formula 1 movie starring Brad Pitt and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and seven-time champ Lewis Hamilton has been in the works for quite some time. A year ago, Pitt and the rest of the film’s cast and crew were at Silverstone to shoot some footage at the British Grand Prix, with the star himself doing some laps in a modified F2 car for the film.
However, this entire time, the project — believed to be one of the most expensive films ever made — hasn’t had an official title. That is until it was revealed during this year’s British Grand Prix weekend.

While the amateurs in Coney Island were competing in the annual Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest, Joey Chestnut was in Texas demonstrating how it’s really done.
During a special Fourth of July hot dog eating contest against soldiers at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Chestnut smashed 57 hot dogs in just five minutes. For comparison, Patrick Bertoletti — the winner of this year’s Nathan’s contest — ate 58 dogs in 10 minutes.
“Those guys did great!” Chestnut told USA TODAY. “A lot better than last year. I’m really happy for Pat.

The F1 movie starring Brad Pitt and produced by Lewis Hamilton now has its official title
Ahead of the British Grand Prix it was announced that the upcoming feature film focused on the world of Formula 1 starring Brad Pitt and produced in part by Lewis Hamilton now has an official title.
And it gets straight to the point.
F1 is that title, and the feature film will be released worldwide on June 25, 2025 and two days later in the United States. The film stars Pitt as a veteran driver for APXGP, a fictional team on the F1 grid.

Anytime anyone associated with Canada genuinely feels bad for the United States – especially when it comes to sports – you know something is catastrophically wrong. In this particular instance, we have Canada coach Jesse Marsch voicing concerns about the U.S. men’s national team, which is fair given that the USMNT is currently the laughingstock of international soccer.
Marsch is in a unique circumstance given that he is a former USMNT player himself, and given that he’s American, he understandably pulls for the U.S. as long as his Canada side isn’t the opponent.

A longer video of Sean Strickland sparring with a Navy SEAL is out, and it’s even worse than the initial footage that hit the web.
The UFC superstar has been beefing with the SEALs for a bit at this point after he claimed they couldn’t match him training. There were some hardos that released weird videos calling out Strickland, and others like Andy Stumpf took a more measured approach with the fighter’s claim. As I’ve said before, one of my SEAL Team 6 buddies bluntly told me there’s no SEAL who would have a shot in a fight against the UFC sensation.
