FIFA & adidas have launched the official match ball of the 2026 World Cup. The design pays homage to the three host countries.
The ball is being called ‘TRIONDA’ which means three (Tri) waves (Onda), and is a mashup of red, blue, and green to represent Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
The panels of the ball include iconography from the host countries. The United States section of the ball shows a star, a maple leaf for Canada, and an eagle for Mexico.

NEW YORK (AP) — Rookie right-hander Cam Schlittler struck out 12 as he shut down Boston with 100 mph heat, and the New York Yankees took advantage of a pair misplays in a four-run fourth inning to beat the Red Sox 4-0 on Thursday night for a 2-1 AL Wild Card Series win and a Division Series matchup against Toronto.
New York became the first team to lose the opener and advance from the expanded first round, which began in 2022. The Yankees start the best-of-five Division Series on Saturday at the AL East champion Blue Jays.

José Manuel Pinto, once one of the most colorful goalkeepers in Spanish football, surprised many with a candid admission about his lack of interest in watching the sport.
“Watch a football match? Never,” Pinto said bluntly. “I never liked it, even as a child. It always bored me. I couldn’t say that in the locker room, just like I couldn’t talk about the music I was making.”
