The nine-time major champion turned 90 on November 1, and as part of his birthday celebrations, he spoke with various outlets reflecting on his storied life and career.
The first half of the NFL season has had some classic games already. And the parity across the top half of the standings means there should be plenty of great games to come.

When people discuss the independent wrestling revolution of the 2000s, and how it shaped the modern landscape of professional wrestling, the same promotions normally get mentioned — ROH and PWG were the launching pads for many of the main stars of both WWE and AEW.

We now have an idea of how the committee is evaluating the season after the inaugural rankings release on Tuesday night. The top of the rankings looked a lot like the AP Top 25, but there were some significant differences once you got outside the top five.

It is a Thursday night match at home; that’s different! The Husker volleyball schedule for this seven day stretch was a home match last Sunday (Oregon), followed by another home match Thursday (Illinois),and then a Saturday road game now at Minnesota. That match schedule doesn’t leave much time for intense practices. In the second half of the conference schedule Coach Busboom Kelly is still looking to see improvement, however.
The New York Giants (2-7) head out to the Windy City to face the Chicago Bears (5-3) at Soldier Field this Sunday afternoon. Oddsmakers are predicting a high-scoring game based on the recent play of each team’s young quarterback and the porous play by each defense.
Here are three matchups to keep an eye on in this game.
Bears’ running game vs. Giants’ run defense
The Giants’ run defense, if you can call it that, has allowed 192.3 yards per game over the last three weeks. Over that same span, the Bears’ offense has averaged a league-high 200.
