It’s official! Jude Bellingham is back in the national team. The Real Madrid midfielder has been called up for England.
On Friday, England unveiled Thomas Tuchel’s squad list for the November international break. To face Serbia at home on November 13 and away to Albania on the 16th, Tuchel has decided to recall Jude Bellingham, following his outstanding performances with Real Madrid. Phil Foden also makes his return after his brace against Dortmund in the Champions League.

The German U21 national team will round off the year with European qualifiers against Malta and Georgia.

When Germany announced their squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers on Thursday, Angelo Stiller’s name wasn’t on the list.
After Stuttgart’s 2-0 Europa League win over Feyenoord on Thursday night, Stiller was asked about his omission, but didn’t want to say much.
“We discussed it internally. That has to be enough,” Stiller told RTL.
When pressed further, the 24-year-old simply said: “No comment.”
Stuttgart coach Sebastian Hoeneß admitted he was surprised by Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann’s decision to leave Stiller out.

BERLIN (AP) — Atlanta Falcons coach Raheem Morris has put together a video to make sure his players are up to speed on Jesse Owens’ accomplishments at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
Owens, who was Black, won four gold medals in front of Adolf Hitler to thwart Nazi claims of Aryan racial supremacy at the same stadium where the Falcons will face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
“I put together a little video for them tonight to show them,” Morris said Friday at a press conference before practice at the training center of Bundesliga soccer club Union Berlin.
