Texas A&M may have led the way in total honorees, but Vanderbilt — the darling of this year’s college football season — maintained its status on the 2025 All-SEC team, voted on by the writers who cover the league for the USA TODAY Sports Network.
The Aggies had a league-best five All-SEC selections, but the Commodores had a pair of honorees and won two individual superlatives.
Quarterback Diego Pavia was named SEC Player of the Year and Clark Lea earned SEC Coach of the Year following Vanderbilt’s 10-2 regular season.
