The University of Colorado under coach Deion “Prime” Sanders has become a showcase and if you ever forget that, all one has to do is see the big glowing letters on one of the sidelines of the team’s indoor practice facility that spells it out: S-H-O-W-C-A-S-E.

In the early 1980s the actor and comedian Andy Kaufman reached out to wrestling promoter Jerry Jarrett with an unusual offer. Kaufman wanted to wrestle for Jarrett. More specifically, he wanted to wrestle women. Only women. And he was willing to put up his own money as a prize for any woman who could beat him.
Jarrett, by this point a seasoned promoter in one of the most successful of all the pro wrestling territories, had a few questions.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Auburn and Florida are the last two standing of a record 14 Southeastern Conference teams that made the NCAA Tournament. Only one of them will get to play for the national championship.
In a Final Four filled with No. 1 seeds, the SEC regular-season champion Tigers (32-5) play the conference tournament-winning Gators in the first national semifinal game Saturday in the Alamodome. The matchup pits All-Americans Johni Broome and Walter Clayton Jr. against each other yet again.

Georgia Bulldogs basketball forward RJ Godfrey announced he’s transferring back to the Clemson Tigers, according to Pete Nakos of On3.
Godfrey was originally signed by Clemson from the class of 2022. He played with the Tigers for two years, showing the abilities of a stretch big. In his second year at Clemson, he shot 42.9% from behind the arc. He also averaged 6.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 15.6 minutes per game for Clemson in 2023, helping lead the Tigers to the Elite Eight.
When Godfrey transferred to UGA for his junior season, many people were excited.
