We’re only one month into 2023 but we’ve already got our basketball story of the year thanks to a 22-year-old assistant high school basketball coach impersonating her 13-year-old player and dominating some teenagers on the hardwood.
Churchland High School (Virginia) was missing one of its players against Nasemond River earlier this month as she was out of town for a club tournament. Assistant coach Arlisha Boykins saw this as an opportunity to take the floor herself and put up some numbers against some kids.

What the heck is this rule?
Pickleball. It’s everywhere. Just this week I got a letter in my mailbox from the city saying they were taking some of the few public tennis courts in town and converting them into Pickleball courts.
Withe the proliferation of the sport we’re all learning about some of its idiosyncrasies — like “aggressive stepping.”

Gronk – who is synonymous with having a good time, appeared on The Tonight Show ahead of Super Bowl XVII taking place on February 12th.

Duke is playing with some serious fire after trolling Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers.

Suffice it to say, the signal-caller’s stats don’t stack up against the league’s most elite quarterbacks.

Complaints about the officiating on championship weekend, specifically the Bengals-Chiefs game, is in the narrative once again. It’s over-the-top and needs to be grounded.
