The Steelers picked up a sorely needed 17-10 win over the Ravens Sunday, moving into a tie for first place in the AFC North and preventing Baltimore from building a cushion that could serve it well down the line.
However, it came at a painful cost for one of Pittsburgh’s stars.
Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt “badly dislocated (his) finger and tore multiple ligaments” during the game Sunday, according to a Tuesday afternoon report from Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Per Pelissero, Watt simply popped the finger back in and kept playing.

Basketball fans will often try to psych out players on opposing teams by shouting out the time remaining on the shot clock. In a similar fashion, opposing fans counted out the seconds it took Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo to get up his free throws in the 2021 NBA postseason.
The Minnesota crowd brought that same energy to baseball on Tuesday. Wanting to distract Houston’s pitchers during Game 3, fans began counting down the pitch clock.
