The Miami Dolphins have told teams calling about wide receiver Jaylen Waddle that they have “no interest in trading him,” according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Earlier this week, a couple reports indicated the New York Giants are eyeing Waddle as a target ahead of the Nov. 4 trade deadline.
Waddle, 26, is the Dolphins’ clear-cut No. 1 wide receiver following the loss of Tyreek Hill to a season-ending knee injury. There’s also a strong chance that Hill won’t return to Miami in 2026, making Waddle an especially valuable long-term asset for the Dolphins.
DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Reagan Andrew threw two touchdown passes and Butler snapped Dayton’s five-game winning streak, defeating the Flyers 23-17 on Saturday.
Andrew’s 67-yard touchdown pass to Ethan Loss got the Bulldogs (5-3, 3-1 Pioneer Football League) on the board in the first quarter. In the second quarter, Andrew threw to Archie Cox for a 16-yard score and Ryan Short kicked the first of his three field goals for a 17-7 halftime lead.

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane reflected on the team’s hard-fought 2–1 victory over Borussia Dortmund, highlighting both the tactical preparation and the collective effort that secured the Klassiker win.
Kane explained how the opener came about, noting a weakness in Dortmund’s defense: “They have a weak zone at the front post area at corners and it was a great ball from Kimmich – we studied that in training.
Country singer Jelly Roll appeared on College GameDay before the Ole Miss-Georgia game, a decision that left many people scratching their heads.
After all, he has more connections to Tennessee and Vanderbilt than anyone in Georgia, a big no-no in Athens. That would be like walking into a game at Oregon and saying “Hey everyone, I’m a USC fan!”
All that aside, Jelly Roll did provide us an epic content moment in the middle of his game-picking duties that redeemed his appearance.

Kirby Smart is not calling timeout on College Football Playoff expansion.
We’ve only had one year of the 12-team playoff field, but the Georgia Bulldogs head coach says we should make it even bigger. Appearing on “The Pat McAfee Show” this week ahead of a huge matchup in Athens against the Ole Miss Rebels, Smart made the case for allowing more programs and fans to enjoy playoff appearances.
When asked whether ratings would continue to grow if the field were expanded, Smart responded by saying he thinks they’d keep growing.
